Who is No Stress Training for?
For organisations in the Netherlands and beyond that want their people to work with room to breathe again. Especially HR, L&D, leadership teams, and groups with high workload or heavy screen time.
How is this different from mindfulness or meditation?
No guided meditation, no mantras. This is applied breathwork, interoception, and neurophysiology. It's deeply physical, which keeps it accessible and grounded rather than abstract. Your people learn what's happening in their body and what they can do with it.
How long does the training take?
Three formats: interactive keynote from 45 minutes, workshop from 90 minutes, or the full journey with multiple sessions over 5 weeks.
What does it cost and is it reimbursable?
From €1,000 excl. VAT. In the Netherlands, reimbursement is possible through vitality budgets such as Thrive, Empowr, and Smart Health. Social Impact budget available for non-profits and SMEs.
Can you run this at our location?
